Just before arriving in the Punta Allen area, we will visit the bird island, San Juan. A small island that is home to a dozen species of birds.
Once we arrive at the area between the lagoon and sea, our guide will start looking for the dolphins. They will naturally come visit, and play close to our boat, this is a very special moment! Afterwards, we will go to another area to spot the turtles.
Twenty to thirty minutes in the water snorkeling, enjoying the beautiful reef and observing colorful fish and coral formations. Note: Snorkeling activity depends on sea conditions.
Then, we will head to the natural swimming pools in Punta Allen for picture taking moments and well-deserved downtime. You can walk hundreds of meters in the crystal clear waters and soak in all of the magnificent beauty.

We have snorkeling gear available for children ages 3 and up. Children between the ages of 3 and 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult. For the safety of our participants and to protect the reef, it is mandatory that all individuals wear life jackets while snorkeling. If you are uncomfortable in the water even while wearing a life jacket, you can request assistance from the guide or choose to stay on the boat.
Please note that the ability to go snorkeling depends on the weather conditions on the day of the tour. While we do our best to plan for optimal conditions, we cannot control Mother Nature and the final decision to go snorkeling will be made by the captain.
I loved this tour as we saw dolphins in real life ! The snorkeling was good and then we went to a natural pool. Very good vibes in our group. Lunch at the estaurant was delicious.
We had a perfect day at the Sian Ka’an reserve! We saw a lot of animals: dolphins, turtles, crocodiles, birds… Our guide was amazing and very friendly. We loved this tour and recommend it!
This tour is perfect to observe animals. We did a boat ride and observed dolphins just next to the boat. The guide told us everything about them. We the saw crocodiles, birds, turtles and snorkeled on the coral reef. It was amazing to see all these fish there.
We had a very good customer service when booking the trip online. The pick up from our hotel was on time. The trip itself was amazing! The tour guide was very enthusiastic and clearly loved the area. We had two boats but it was ok. We saw dolphins, turtles, birds and beautiful fish.
My wife and I had so much fun on this tour! Our guide, Jessica, was energetic, kept us laughing the entire time and taught us a ton about the wildlife. She and the boat captains, were experts at spotting wildlife. We saw a sea turtle, dolphins, birds and a crocodile. Snorkeling in the ocean and relaxing in the calmer waters amazing. I’d recommend that anyone coming to the Tulum area check out this tour.
