We have snorkeling gear for children ages 3 and up. We request that children from three to seven years of age, be accompanied in the water by an adult. It is mandatory that liife jackets are worn by all, in order to protect the reef. If you feel uncomfortable in the water even when wearing a life jacket, you can ask the guide to help you with a buoy or stay on the boat.
Snorkeling depends on the weather conditions of the day of the tour. Unfortunately, we can’t control mother nature. Only the captain can give permission to go in the water.
I loved this tour as we saw dolphins in real life ! The snorkeling was good and then we went to a natural pool. Very good vibes in our group. Lunch at the estaurant was delicious.
We had a perfect day at the Sian Ka’an reserve! We saw a lot of animals: dolphins, turtles, crocodiles, birds… Our guide was amazing and very friendly. We loved this tour and recommend it!
This tour is perfect to observe animals. We did a boat ride and observed dolphins just next to the boat. The guide told us everything about them. We the saw crocodiles, birds, turtles and snorkeled on the coral reef. It was amazing to see all these fish there.
We had a very good customer service when booking the trip online. The pick up from our hotel was on time. The trip itself was amazing! The tour guide was very enthusiastic and clearly loved the area. We had two boats but it was ok. We saw dolphins, turtles, birds and beautiful fish.
My wife and I had so much fun on this tour! Our guide, Jessica, was energetic, kept us laughing the entire time and taught us a ton about the wildlife. She and the boat captains, were experts at spotting wildlife. We saw a sea turtle, dolphins, birds and a crocodile. Snorkeling in the ocean and relaxing in the calmer waters amazing. I’d recommend that anyone coming to the Tulum area check out this tour.
